Priced like outdoor media, booked like a hotel room
The marketplace supports several commercial models. The MVP runs on fixed daily/weekly pricing plus share of voice; cost-per-impression, cost-per-scan and real-time bidding come later.
Device day rates and venue multipliers
A location's list price is the sum of its device day rates multiplied by the venue-type multiplier. Landlord floor prices always override a discount.
Price a campaign before you commit
The same engine runs inside the booking flow, so what you see here is what the checkout charges — including weekly and monthly discounts and the share-of-voice factor.
Cards, PayPal, crypto or local Hong Kong rails
The provider fee is charged on top of media value and never deducted from the landlord share, so the split you model above stays intact.
Fees shown are the provider's published rates and are configurable in assets/js/config.js. Crypto is quoted with a 15-minute rate lock and settled to HKD on confirmation.
Pricing is quoted in HK$ on the platform. Thailand campaigns show an indicative ฿ equivalent at the configured rate and settle in THB.
Decide where the money goes
Move the sliders to model a landlord contract. The allocation must total 100%; payment processing is deducted separately at cost.
Worked example: HK$10,000 campaign
Payment processing is charged to the advertiser on top of the media value, so the allocation percentages apply to the full HK$10,000.
Additional revenue streams
Each stream is a separate order type in the platform data model, so it can be invoiced, shared and reported independently.
